Shipping conditions: Pyramid Gift Baskets Inc in based in Montreal and delivers all over USA. We make every effort to ship our baskets within the 24 hours from the time we receive your order. All orders received before 10:00 pm, will leave our warehouse the next day by Fedex Ground.

Currently the only available shipping method to US is by Fedex Ground.

We are currently working with other carriers to allow express delivery to the US.

Neuhaus Praline Chocolates We are unable to offer Free Ground shipping for our Neuhaus Chocolate collection.

Fruit Baskets Due to the nature of the product, we can not ship fruit to the US.

Packaging: We use some new and some recycled boxes for our shipping to save trees and help the environment. The basket packages are sealed in a shrink wrap air tight system and inserted into cardboard boxes, protected by extra paper padding.

Fedex Ground: The Delivery is by ground and it takes between 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination. Pyramid Gift Baskets Can not be held responsible for late delivery.

Wrong delivery addresses: Please note that after dispatch, any changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order. We regret that we are not able to accept orders to an address containing a PO Box number.

Cancellations and refunds: Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the basket has been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in good condition. In these circumstances Pyramid Gift Baskets will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing.

Discounts for large orders: Orders above $1000 will get a 10% discount.

Delivery to hospitals: We can deliver to hospitals. Please provide us with the complete hospital address, name and room number of the recepient.

Prices can change without notice: All our prices are based on our suppliers inventory and can be changed without prior warning.

Basket's contents can change without notice: We make every effort to send the exact basket as on our website, however if we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will replace it with a product of equal value or more.
