Shipping conditions: Pyramid Gift Baskets Inc in based in Montreal and delivers all over Canada. We make every effort to ship our baskets within the 24 hours from the time we receive your order. All orders received before 10:00 pm, will leave our warehouse the same day (not Fedex Ground).
All orders after 10:00 am will be shipped out the following working day.
Local Montreal delivery: We offer a Free delivery service in the Montreal region and it's surroundings by our own delivery services.
National delivery: We offer Free Fedex Ground delivery across Canada. Packages sent out by Fedex Ground are always sent out the next business day. (For example if the order comes in on a Monday, it can only be sent out on the Tuesday. If the order comes in on late Friday it can only be sent out on Monday).
National Delivery: We offer Fedex 2Day from Montreal to all Canadian cities. This delivery will arrive in two business days. These shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the gift package.
National Delivery: We also offer Fedex Overnight Priority from Montreal to all Canadian cities. These deliveries will arrive the next business day before noon.

Neuhaus Praline Chocolates We are unable to offer Free Ground Shipping for our Neuhaus Chocolate collection.
When you package is sent out by Fedex an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. This will allow you to track your package at your convenience.
Packaging: We use some new and some recycled boxes for our shipping to save trees and help the environment. The basket packages are sealed in a shrink wrap air tight system and inserted into cardboard boxes, protected by extra paper padding.
Fedex Ground: The Delivery is by ground and it takes between 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination.
From QC to QC = 1-2 days. To some remote locations it could take up to 4 days
From QC to ON = 1-2 days. To some remote locations it could take up to 10 days such as (POT, POV, POW, POX,POY)

Fedex 2Day: From the time a package leaves our warehouse, it will reach it’s destination after 2 business days, after 10:00 am and before 15:00 pm.
Fedex Priority Overnight: From the time a package leaves our warehouse, it will reach it’s destination the morning after before 12.00 am.
Wrong delivery addresses: Please note that after dispatch, any changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order. We regret that we are not able to accept orders to an address containing a PO Box number.
