Cancellations and refunds:  Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the basket has been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in good condition. In these circumstances Pyramid Gift Baskets will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing. Any order cancelled due to an incorrect address after it has been sent out will be charged 15% of the order.  Any packages returned by Fedex to us will be automatically cancelled and the sender will be charged 15% handling fees of the total amount of their invoice.  The balance will be reimbursed on your credit card.

Discounts for large orders: Orders above $1000  will get a 10% discount.

Prices can change without notice: All our prices are based on our suppliers inventory and can be changed without prior warning.

Basket's contents can change without notice: We make every effort to send the exact basket as on our website, however if we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will replace it with a product of equal value or more.
